Authorities closed roads and dispatched a SWAT team after a reportedly armed and suicidal man barricaded himself in his Quakertown home Tuesday. The approximately five-hour standoff came to an end when a negotiator from the Central Bucks Special Response Team convinced the 39-year-old to surrender.
